Expect nothing less than professional grade weaponry from BCM. The Bravo Company Manufacturing 16″ 5.56 NATO Barrel begins with durable 41V50 chrome moly vanadium steel. This MIL-SPEC steel is stronger and will outlast most materials found in the commercial market. These barrels are crafted through cold hammer forging. This process produces the most accurate, longest lasting barrels available with a more consistent chamber and bore. The chamber and bore are chrome lined adding protection against fouling and corrosion ensuring a longer barrel life with less time spent maintaining and cleaning.

A 1:7 twist rate ensures that this barrel can stabilize heavier rounds preferred by most professional infantrymen for their superior ballistics. M4 feed ramps increase reliable feeding while dimpling at the gas seat allows precise gas block installation. All BCM barrels are proof loaded to 70,000 psi and then magnetic particle inspected to detect any possible flaws in the barrel surface.

DETAILS
The Bravo Company Manufacturing M4 Upper Receiver Assembly is professional grade weaponry. Precision machined to MIL-SPEC from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging provides this upper with exceptional strength. The inside diameter of the receivers threaded bore has been slightly undersized to provide a tighter fit with the barrel extension, resulting in a more accurate rifle.

NOTE: Please use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up threaded bore of receiver if barrel extension is too tight.
