Description
The CAS – VBO or Combat Action Sling – Vehicle Borne Operations is one of the most compact, minimalist slings available. It is specifically designed for AR pistols/carbines and SBRs that spend most of their time in a vehicle, such as truck guns, patrol rifles or active shooter kits. It cinches down flat against the upper receiver and buffer tube to stay out of the way even during weapon manipulations and then quickly deploys for use. These slings are meant to be used with QD sling attachments like our 1 inch QDs.
The CAS – VBO is sized for 10 inch~ hand guards and fully extended stocks/braces on carbine buffer tubes, but will work with A5 buffer systems as well. The sling is adjustable for different lengths to an extent. If you need a custom length or solution, please contact us, most of the time we can do it at little to no extra cost. Other colors are available and on request, including multi-cam, navy blue, wolf gray, Ranger Green, Coyote Tan, and more.
SPECS:
- Milspec + 1 Inch Nylon Webbing with an 800 LBS breaking strength
- ITW triglides to attach to sling hardware
- Milspec alloy cam buckle and 550 Firecord adjustment loop (has built in tinder)
- Ranger Band gear wrap to better secure the sling to your buffer tube or rail.
Each sling is handcrafted in the Great State of Texas by US Military veterans and active duty Police Officers and a portion of the proceeds supports local law enforcement and community events including buying body armor, medical kits and training for small departments who may have difficulty purchasing on their own and getting life saving equipment to citizens who need it.
