This upper receiver group chambered in 5.56 x 45MM is comprised of the following:

JTF MK1 Upper with dry film lubricant applied inside and a standard JTF milspec upper parts kit.

5.56 chambered 20 inch DMR Rifle Length Barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with a chrome lined bore and chamber with a manganese phosphate finish and phosphate coated M4 feed ramp extension.
